SONY ANNOUNCES THE A7RIII, FE 24-105MM F4 G OSS LENS AND FE 400MM 2.8 GM

Sony officially announced the new Sony A7rIII, 24-105mm and 400mm FE lenses today.

The new Sony A7R III features 15 stops of dynamic range and the Sony a9’s autofocus, but also up to 10 fps and the MAGIC silent mode. I've been enjoying so much the silent shooting mode from the a9 that it such a great news to have it now on the a7rIII. It's just a pure joy to be able to shoot animals in pure silence, without any disturbance.

But the other big news is the development announcement of a Sony 400mm F2.8 G Master lens! It rounds out Sony's overall commitment to photographers, by providing a seriously long pro-level prime. This new lens is coming in Summer 2018 and is Sony’s first super telephoto prime.
